Restoring the Transkorean Railway line and linking it up with the Transsiberian Mainline is of very great importance for further developing Transsiberian Traffic.
Members of the CCTT are considering the material of this large-scale project in the context of attracting additional volumes to the TSR and with possibility of linking Korean National Railroad with railways network of the Russian Federation and other CIS countries, with the integration of the Korean National Railroad with the European transport system.
